I hold my phone horizontally when typing anything out. The font gets real small when I hold it this way. When I hold the phone upright the font is bigger. How do i correct this?

This is a paid app. why doesn't someone from this company respond to e-mails and to threads?
I am going to uninstall it and go with another keyboard on the Market.

Is anyone else seeing this problem too?
