my two androids, vega (android 2.2.1) and galay nexus (android 4.0.2)
enavled with vietnamese (telex) cannot handle any accent symbols of
vietnamese.

both are Trial 4.6.1

same problem. when I type korean letters ㄱ ㅐ ㄹ ㅓ ㄱ ㅅ ㅣ tot type 갤럭시 then it automatically converts it to 갤럯시. (doubled consonant) same thing happens with ㅋ ㅣ ㅂ ㅗ ㄷ ㅡ for 키보드 becomes 키볻드.
