you can edit the skin.xml file, inside the .zip, and add something to the name of the skin to identify them in the list

Sure I can, you're half right ;) It has not been created especially for tablets, but the only android device I had at this moment was a tablet :) As I got my nexus one back, I'll reduce the pictures to fit its size. probably in a few hours ;) EDIT: here they are : go dark reduced.zip go dark reduced...

Android development and eclipse are not strangers to me, the only thing I doesn't understand is to build the apk with only my skin inside...

Hey, if you found what was wrong, post the solution, so other people facing the same issue would find it (and I'm cusious too )

Take care to zip your drawable folder and your skin.xml directly on the root of the archive, and not in a folder

Be careful to package it as ZIP file (not RAR, TAR, GZIP, or specific Mac format), without any password, encryption, or whatever. If it's still not good, try using the zip command-line tool in a terminal... I guess Mac OS's terminal is close to linux's one.
