Looks great and better than the other WP7 skin posted earlier (yours has themed suggestion bar). The only thing holding me back from actually using it is the lack of symbols over the letters.

Edit: nevermind, the symbols are there! I forgot SKP provides the option to hide them

Also, why is there a __MACOSX directory in the zip?

Yeah.
The original WP7 keyboard doesn't show the alternative symbols over the letters so i hid them for the screenshots.

the __MACOSX folder appears because i made that skin on a MAC. i can't really say more to that topic but it won't harm you - you can also delete it.
