Priority to accents instead of symbols

This feature was requested in different threads, but I would like to keep a single place for the discussion.

It has been added in the latest beta version: there is a new option "Accents priority" under Language settings. The effect of this option is that a long press on a letter doesn't always result in the alt symbol written on the key, but results in an accented letter (the most frequent one in case there are more than one).

At the moment it has been implemented only for Turkish and French (AZERTY), but more languages will come.

And Korean, Czech, Spanish, Romanian, German, Hungarian, Russian.
