Add gesture action for Cursor Up/Down

If gesture actions were added for Cursor Up and Cursor Down then it would be possible to configure gestures to completely replace the arrow keys. Having discovered Smart Keyboard by trying to find a replacement for the trackball my new phone doesn't have, this would be a killer feature for me!
