Improvement to Swedish Keyboard

Post by lac »

The Swedish language has an 'é' character in it. It is mostly used in loan words from French, such as idé (idea) and armé (army) of which the Swedish language has a fair number, and for a good number of personal names. "Carl von Linné" is how the inventor of the binominal classification system for plants and animals spelt his name after he was knighted. Linnégatan
Thus if a long press of an 'e' also yielded an 'é' it would be very useful for Swedish speakers.

Thank you,

lac (whose last name has an 'é' in it, and who used to live on Linnégatan (Linné street))
