Somatimes can't turn T9 on

Hi, sometimes, in some text fields, I can't turn on T9. E.g. in Financisto in Payee field, as I remember now. Is it problem of SK or Financisto? It also happen in other apps, but I can't remember now. I'll add their names here later.

Maybe it's because predictive text is disabled in these fields. You can force it with the "always suggest" option

It's turned on already, but it's grayed. I can't switch it off.
