I think you need to be more specific about what you are doing exactly, because I tried your examples (with both standard and single vowel layouts), and suggestions work without any problem

Okay, first, I am using normal (not single vowel) korean layout.

When I type "이" then the words like 에, 일, 안, 이다, "있어", "있다", "있고" are suggested
but when I type "있", the suggestion does not contain any of the "있어", "있다", "있고".. only 에서, 이상, 이가, 이것, ...

Similarly, after "먹어" suggestions "먹었다" 먹어서 먹다 shows up
but after "먹었", no suggestion for "먹었다", but only 먹어서 적어서 믿어서...

Similar thing happens for other double consonants too.
typing "창바", I get suggestions "창밖", 창작, "창밖에", "창밖의", "창밖을", ...
but after I type "창밖", i do not get any of "창밖에", "창밖의", "창밖을", but only 창작, 창작극, 창작한...

When I type "겨" the words 경우, 경제, "겪은", 결과 are suggested
but when I type "겪", no suggestion for "겪은" or "겪다" is shown. only 격, 역, 열, 여기, ...

If you can not reproduce the problem, it may be because of the device?

by the way, I have sent new korean word list though email. this should be much better than the previous one.
the one sent to @dexilog.com was returned due to too big attachment size,
so I have sent it to @gmail.com as before.
