I think that's some usual tactics that they want to acquire download and attract client. In my opinion and point of view, if there is no PRO on it but they use a portion of it's name it's not a breach of copyright law.

It's really just one ordinary tactic like those imitation china phones out in the market using those know brand names or logos adding some letters or almost alike logos.
